Jens Erichsen joined Carat in 2008 as Managing Director. In recognition of the changing media and content landscape, he is a champion of idea-led channel planning which brings conceptual considerations forward into the planning and development of communication strategies.
Jens Erichsen has 18 years of experience in both account and marketing management, giving Jens Erichsen a balanced perspective on agency business and brand building. His experience has crossed a number of categories such as fast food, fast moving consumer goods, entertainment and financial services for brands like McDonald’s, Kraft Foods, The Walt Disney Company, Allianz, Deutsche Bank or ERGO.
Prior to his current role, Jens Erichsen was Head of Marketing Communication of Allianz Deutschland AG. Before that, Jens Erichsen held the position of Media Manager at Kraft Foods. Jens Erichsen has also appeared as jury member for Cannes Lions, Midas Award, Dubai Lynx and Deutscher Mediapreis. He collected several awards like four Effies, Deutscher Mediapreis, FASPO International Sponsoring Award, Midas Award, New York Festival and Golden Award of Montreux.
